Step 2 - Attention to Detail - Getting a house ready for viewings and open houses can be a stressful time. Don’t want to shoulder the burden of keeping a clean, show ready house by yourself? I will help guide you through the process of staging your home as well as offering you a team of professionals to aid you in showing your home at it’s best. A well staged home is a home set up for success.
Step 3 - Marketing - With my ability to think outside the box nothing stands in my way of showcasing your home and all of its qualities no matter the market. I use multiple forms of marketing to make sure your listing is seen by as many people as possible, reaching past those that just read the paper! With a strong social media presence, virtual open houses, physical open houses and an extensive network in the MLS system, your home will be seen by thousands of people regardless of what is happening outside.
